We’ve had the opportunity to work with clients independently and as part of traditional consulting teams.

Notably—

  • Strategic foresighting for Cox on a blue ocean project to map out future markets for them beyond telecoms. The gameplan that appealed the most: owning the vertical stack for technical workforce re-education.

  • Roadmapped Panasonic’s enterprise GTM plan into the electric grid ecosystem. The original ask was about where Panasonic had the right to play in the consumer EV market; as we did stakeholder research it became clear that the gap was in supplying the connective tissue across the electric grid infrastructure.

  • Built out a retirement product with Vanguard, leveraging the goals-oriented, high touch approach of high net worth wealth management towards an automated platform for investors who lack access to financial advisors.

  • Prototyped a new chuggable nootropics snacking brand for gamers with Mondelez. They originally commissioned us on a gameboard of potential snacking categories to pursue (e.g. nighttime CBD; on-the-go kids snacks). Followed that up by buying a year of our time to implement as many of those products as possible.

  • Made Oreo lots of money. I don’t want to talk about this one :(

  • Early ideation with Hauteline to determine what product moats aligned best with which categorical markets (fashion & commerce).

  • Led Cabin’s operator residency and partnership efforts during their network state era—for DAOs (decentralized autonomous organizations), the community is the product—feature innovation looks like organizational strategy.
